Passivhaus requires meeting clear, measurable targets. Using a fabric-first approach, the homes are airtight, highly efficient and deliver a higher level of thermal comfort than standard regulation homes.
Triple-glazed windows, improved ventilation and high levels of insulation help protect against noise, reduce condensation risks and maintain a steady, comfortable indoor temperature.
