Jon Constantinou

Managing Director

Leads strategy and delivery across construction and M&E, with 20+ years in live-site environments (education, healthcare, public estate). Focused on safe, efficient projects, clear comms, and predictable handovers.

John Nicholson

Contracts Director

Owns commercial contracts, forecasting and supply-chain governance. Ensures projects track value, risk and cashflow; leads monthly reviews and KPI reporting.

Gary Martin

Operations Director

Runs day-to-day operations, H&S and programme performance. Sets RAMS/permit standards, supervises live-site sequencing and commissioning to design intent.

Jason Gardiner

Technical/Design Director

Heads design coordination, DFMA/prefab and QA. Oversees 3D CAD/clash checks, spool drawings and digital handover.

Sam Brett

Compliance Director

Manages compliance and assurance across quality, safety and environmental standards. Sam ensures RAMS, permits/isolations and statutory PPM are in place and audited, with clear evidence trails (certs, logs, photos) and supplier governance to protect programme and handover integrity
