Detailed interface design for heating, hot water and ventilation, developed into 3D CAD for 18 prefabricated skids enabling clash checks, accurate spool drawings and offsite manufacture.
Following detailed surveys of plant rooms interfacing with the heat network, we produced the necessary general arrangements, P&IDs, block-cable diagrams and equipment schedules. These were developed into 3D CAD models for each of the 18 skids.
Our designers reviewed the models and created full pipework spool drawings ahead of offsite pre-fabrication. Modelling up-front lets us validate fit, interaction and maintainability, de-risking installation and improving quality.
