We specialise in upgrading social housing stock to the PAS 2035 standard. At Christ College (Finchley), our fabric-first programme added loft, cavity and external wall insulation, thermally efficient doors/windows, and low-energy lighting.
This full decarbonisation project reduced demand first, then layered in air-source heat pumps and solar photovoltaics to supply low-carbon heat and power. The combined measures enabled the college to achieve performance above EPC C while improving comfort and lowering running costs.
- Scope: Fabric-first (loft, cavity & external wall insulation, high-performance doors/windows, LED lighting)
- Technologies: Air-source heat pumps, solar PV
- Outcome: > EPC C, lower demand & emissions, improved comfort
